Objectives

To strengthen the institutional archival system of the Ministry of Higher Education (MES), in addition to enhancing the role of archives and document management as facilitators of efficiency and effectiveness in the administrative management of our universities. We seek to outline a joint line of work for the gradual development of a culture of document management, preservation and restauration in the network of universities of MES that contributes to raising the quality and prestige of our higher education system, by means of discussions, reflections, socialization of working experiences, study and application of international best practices.
